I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Victoria, who was a true expert in her field.  Victoria explained the differences in materials, the installation process, and took the time to educate me in an industry I knew very little about. This allowed me to make the most informed decisions on materials that would best suit my family & I. I received a quote within HOURS compared to waiting weeks for a quote from other companies. Victoria was efficient, professional, trust worthy, and such a pleasure to work with! I was promised a turn around of one week and had my Kitchen installed within three days of signing a contract! I am enamored with my new Quartz Kitchen. I am so pleased with the FIVE STAR customer service this company provided. We had our kitchen and bathrooms counter tops replaced: the stone is beautiful and the delivery was prompt! The crew was polite; Victoria was knowledgeable and very helpful during the entire process and dedicated us a lot of her time!

Natural Ston Concepts of Naples absolutely exceeded our expectations. My wife and I worked with Victoria and not only was she extremely professional and knowledgeable but she was a pleasure to deal with. She  quickly found us exactly what we were looking for and it was templated, fabricated and installed in 4 days. Exceptional service and their staff and install crew were also excellent. Install crew showed up on time and did a great job with our countertops and clean up.

We had our new kitchen counter installed today. It looks beautiful. Salvatore Mangiapane, the President, was extremely helpful. In less than one week, we had the counter installed. The price was reasonable and the work excellent.

WOW, WOW, WOW!! This company blew me away!! I have done nearly 12 kitchen remodels in multiple homes throughout the years and I have never had any granite company exceed my expectations in the way that Natural Stone Concepts has! This company promises to install 72 hours after templating. I must share that my kitchen, wet bar, and 3 bathrooms were completed in 24 hours!! I was astounded by the endless stone selection available and by the way they were so involved in helping me make the right stone and edge selections for my home. Every person, including the salesman, templator, and installer were so professional, helpful, and extremely well informed. Natural Stone Concept's finished product is impeccable. I will recommend this company to anyone looking for a high quality, reasonably priced, natural stone project! 

I bought some stunning table lamps here! They had a huge and amazing showroom. If you're looking for everything from trendy or even traditional, they have it all let me tell you. Very nice Store!
